I've pinched nerve and lower back. In any case, it is dull, intermittent, which is a permanent and severe chronic and acute. But I can not get relief. Has anyone tried the inversion table as a means of stretching the spine and the muscles of the lower back, possibly to reduce the pressure on the nerves in there? I'm looking to try to right this before you go to a doctor. Thank you.

I've pinched nerve and lower back. In any case, it is dull, intermittent, which is a permanent and severe chronic and acute. But I can not get relief. Has anyone tried the inversion table as a means of stretching the spine and the muscles of the lower back, possibly to reduce the pressure on the nerves in there?
