Sciatica sufferers all wish for something that would get rid of the constant pain caused by this troublesome nerve. Unfortunately is isn’t simple to cure this condition unless you are able to learn what the actual cause of the pain is in the first place.

There are lots of different treatment for sciatica, some more effective that others at alleviating the pain. How effective each treatment is depends on the actual cause of the sciatica and often after relief, the pain makes a nasty return once again.

These exercises should really be done when you are pain free but often people forget about them until that nasty twinge returns again. I would suggest that you try some of the alternative treatments and embark on a regular exercise and stretching program and not just rely on taking medication to dull the pain.
