I need to see? Do I need a chiropractor or neurologist? I don’t know??

I am fourteen years ancient, and have had back pain for about three years, it comes and goes. My family practice doctor sent me to have X-Rays and MRI’s and I have even gone to a back surgery doctor, and they cant find nothing. I have gone to physical therapy and everything, it started with lower back, now is in my shoulders and goes done. It is throbbing, pain, that stays there. What could be incorrect? Should my family take me to an out of town doctor? They keep saying “Muscle Spasms” but this much?

I’ve had pain for 2/52 and then got symptoms such as urinary frequency and stinging. I’m pretty sure its a UTI. My question is why did it start in my kidneys? Whenever I’ve had UTI’s before, the frequeny and stinging etc have started first and then, if I ignore it, I get kidney pain.

Im a 25 year ancient male who does a lot of heavy lifting at my job. Ive been having some painful lower back pain and cant take much more of the pain. . Ive been told by some to go see a chiropractor and ive been told by others to see a doctor because chiropractors only offer quick fixes and their procedures can leave u with more pain. . Please help provide insight!

Can inflammation cause this much pain?!?
He took an X-ray and none of the disk space was off and the curvature of my spine was fine. My largest problem is bending over or bending down- It’s too painful and I can’t get myself up. I have to bend at the knees or go down on the side instead of foward. I use ice and heat. I’m only 26 years ancient.
