Just reckon; if you don’t exercise, and you avoid using your back any more than absolutely necessary, then those muscles are just going to continue getting weaker and weaker. Weak muscles make for simple injury! This is why exercise is a fantastic therapy for back pain. Of course it should be noted that you will want to speak with your doctor or family healthcare provider before you start any exercise routine when you have chronic back pain. They may even have a regimen that they can provide you with, or other tips that will help strengthen those muscles back up. It may hurt a small at first, but once those muscles start building themselves back up, and they become more strengthened and toned, you should start to see marked improvement not only in the amount of your back pain, but also an improvement in your range of motion and your strength.
