This book is on the floor next to my bed. Why? I do exercises every morning, and see Chapter Make sure that nothing is lost. I do most of the exercises on the floor, so book in which he lives. It's part of my life now. I have suffered from low back pain for years and learned a lot from this book. I particularly like the integrated approach to the mind of the body, solid, truthful information about the mechanics of the spine, and practical advice on treatment and recovery. I have spoken to my doctor and chiropractor back problems, and the advice he gave me the same advice from this book – and the book is much cheaper. Unless injured, back it took years of its present state, and it will take some time to improve. This book is the first map the recovery rate.
