Back Pain?

About two months ago I started having very painful back spasms during this time that I was depressed and very nervous. After the spasms I have had every imaginable type of back pain lower, mid (pelvic as well), between shoulders and even neck which caused me a week of terrible headaches. I suspect defered pain because now its my tailbone it hurts and I feel constipated. I already been to the doctor and physical therapy for the pain. The doctor told me I had an acute back injury and the PT with motrin would cure it. The PT helped with the lower back pain but I can’t remeber the last day I’ve had no pain. I’m confused and tired of this. I’m worried about disease but I don’t what disease causes just back pain w/o any other symptoms. I don’t know what to do please help. Note- I use to lift weights a lot could this be of any correlation?

Research has indicated that applying heat to your aches and pains will provide relief. One of the best ways to apply heat is to place heated mattress pad on the memory foam mattress.

To get relief from soreness and aches, apply the heat for 20 minutes. The ideal temperature to get the relief is around 400 Centigrade. Application of heat will increase blood flow to the sore muscles. This in turn will reduce the stiffness. Heated mattress pad will contribute immensely to reduction of stiffness.

Some yoga exercises which would help you:

Corpse: Lie on the floor with back on the floor. Relax and let your arms hang loosely by your side, palms downward and knees slightly outside. If you back hurts with your knees outside, you can bend them with feet flat on the ground. Inhale and exhale for few moments, releasing the tension from the body.

Cat Stretch: Crawl on all your fours keeping your back flat. Position your hands directly below the shoulders, fingers widespread and knees below the hips. Hold the head loose as you look down between the hands. Inhale and while exhaling, raise your back upward. Bring your chin close to chest to stare at your navel and tailbone tucked below. Hold this pose and then return to the starting pose.
