I’m on my high school football team and we are working out in the offseason. Lately my lower back has been bothering me and I’ve had distress doing squats and power cleans. If anyone knows a way to help get rid of lower back pain that would be fantastic.
There’s a yoga postition I’ve used with some effectiveness. You lie on your back, hug your knees to your chest, and rock lengthwise on your spine. It feels very excellent. I’m no doctor though, my friend.
